Terms and Conditions

Orders:

All users must register and log in for placing orders on the Shopping center. You must keep your account and registration details current and correct for all communications related to your purchases from the Shopping center. Orders will be delivered on first come first serve basis. Our customer representative will give you a call to confirm your order.

The Company aims to ensure that prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct. However, from time to time, the prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by third-party sellers. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability.

Pricing:

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at best price. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the products do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Our services on the Shopping center are available to only selected areas in Hyderabad-Telangana and we will expand the same all over India Very shortly

Transactions through the Shopping center may be subject to a delivery charge where the minimum order size is not met. You will be informed of such delivery charges at the stage of check-out for a transaction through the Shopping center.

Payment flow:

The selected products which was added in cart will be go to check out page and the payment has to be made through online by using Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Wallet/Net Banking Or Cash on Delivery. 

Cancellations

As a user, you may cancel an order placed by you. For any permitted cancellations, we will refund payments, if any, made by you under the relevant order within approximately 48-72 hours.

Orders may be cancelled by the Company in any of the following cases:

(1) If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or

(2) If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement, or

(3) In case of unavailability of product(s), or

(4) For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties. For such cancellations, the Company will refund the payment, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 72 hours.

Shipping and Delivery policy:

We will ship the products which you have been ordered we will ship the same within 48 hours as per the given description and quantity. The package/shipment will be delivered by our delivery team as per the agreed time lines in order.

After successful delivery you will get a mail from our dispatch team. The shipping for outstations we can use Road/Rail/Airway.
